My car was parked, and someone in a stolen vehicle smashed into it and pushed it into my GF's car and her car got pushed into my roommates car! When i got outside they had already ran! Should the owner of the stolen car's insurance cover it?
No, the owner of the stolen car has no liability so their insurance will not pay it. The damage to their vehicle would be covered under comprehensive if they have it. It should get paid under your uninsured motorist property damage (some states have odd uninsured motorist property damage (UMPD) laws - in which case, it would be paid under collision but you have to have that coverage). If you are paid under UMPD and you have collision too, there is no deductible. If you do not have collision there is a deductible ($150 to $250 normally). Hope this helps you.

No.
Uninsured Motorist-Property Damage (UMPD) or Collision are your only 2 options to get your car fixed.
If you don't have collision and you live in a state that does not have UMPD coverage, you are on your own and would have to pay for your own repairs.
